Q. How may I order a celebration cake?
By email or please telephone us.
Q. How much notice do you require for a celebration cake?
We request at least two weeks notice however please contact us should you require a cake within 72 hours as we may still be able to help!
Q. How do I pay for my cake?
We request a deposit of £25 to begin the preparations for your cake which may be paid by cash or cheque in person….if you wish to post a cheque please contact us for our address.
Q. Do you deliver?
We charge a delivery fee of £1.50 per mile alternatively you may collect from us in person (at no cost) at a pre-arranged time?
Q. I have ordered a cake that is displayed in your gallery….will my cake be an exact copy?
We never guarantee that any two cakes will be the same however we do our best to recreate our own designs!
Q. I really like one of the designs on your website but the cake doesn't provide enough portions…..can I have a larger cake?
Yes that shouldn't be a problem simply contact us for a quotation.
Q. Can you provide cakes for people who are allergic to certain ingredients?
Unfortunately not due to the amount of different types of ingredients we store and use every day in our kitchens
Q. Can you send me a pricelist?
Unfortunately not as each cake will have differing levels of decorations required which is therefore reflected in the price…as a guideline however our 8" celebration cakes are priced from £65, our cupcakes from £2.50 and a two tiered cake from £110
Q. How many portions will your cake provide?
We always provide these details as a guideline only as the cutting methods of each person varies. We base our portions on measuring 1.5" x 1.5" therefore…….

Q. I have a picture of a cake I love will you make a copy of it for me?
We never reproduce another cake makers design especially one from a cake maker local to us however we are happy to look at pictures you send or bring to help give us an idea of the style you hope to achieve and then we will design a bespoke creation for you using our own skills and materials!
